Since launching the agency in 1996, he has led its global growth building enduring partnerships with brands like Samsung, Fenty, and ASOS, and guided countless models to international success. Ben oversees creative strategy, talent development, and commercial operations, blending a keen eye for discovery with a results-driven approach. A former talent scout turned executive, he’s respected for ethical leadership, thoughtful career management, and a knack for aligning premium faces with powerful brand narratives. Ben holds a degree in business and marketing and regularly speaks on talent strategy and industry innovation.

Sydney Giordano is the associate director of the Model Alliance. In her role, she oversees the Model Alliance’s support line, where she speaks with fashion workers daily about a range of work-related concerns, including unfair contracts, payment issues, and sexual abuse. Sydney also helped to develop and lead efforts to champion the Model Alliance’s signature bill, the Fashion Workers Act. Sydney received her MPH from Columbia University, where she completed her masters thesis on exploitation across the global garment supply chain, and her BA in Psychology and BS.Ed in Human and Social Development from the University of Miami.
